I had a great time taking my friends around Shimizu. We had so much fun exploring the town. We also had a campfire to cook marshmallows!

In October the Green Budo Sansho turns bright red, bringing out milder but deep sansho flavor that well bring out the flavers of any dish you use it on. Come to Shimizu to try some of this special spice.

  I will be starting on the garden at this nice old house in Shimizu. Cant wait! will post more photos soon.
